Midfielder Timeoue Bakayoko is expected to leave Monaco this summer
Monaco will look to bring in Anderlecht’s Youri Tielemans as a replacement
Both Manchester clubs, Bayern and Juventus have also tracked Bakayoko
Antonio Conte wants a midfield of Bakayoko, N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic.
Chelsea are continuing to lead the chase for Tiemoue Bakayoko despite increasing competition for the Monaco midfielder.
The 22-year-old is expected to leave this summer as the French league leaders look to bring in Youri Tielemans from Anderlecht.
Manchester United, City, Bayern Munich and Juventus have also tracked Bakayoko this season though Tielemans is also on their list.
However, Chelsea remain favourites to sign Bakayoko with Antonio Conte keen to pitch him into a midfield alongside N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic.
Chelsea expect AC Milan to bid for Cesc Fabregas while more attack-minded Willian could also leave with Manchester United among those keen on the Brazilian. United also retain interest in Matic.
Bakayoko is a long-standing target for Chelsea and has been outstanding this season, however, he sat out Saturday’s win over Toulouse after breaking his nose in a training collision with teammate Kamil Glik and is a doubt to face Juventus in the Champions League semi final on Wednesday.
