UNMATCHABLE: ALVES HELP JUVE BEAT MONACO TO CRUISE TO FINAL

Italian Champions, Juventus beat Monaco 2-1 at the Juventus Stadium in Turin to qualify for the Cardiff Final.
Daniel Alves who pulled the two assists that gave Juventus the 2-0 advantage in France, was very influential in Tuesday’s night victory. The Brazilian’s lovely cross found Mario Mandzukic in the 18 before the Croatian rebound his own header into Sabusic’s goal post in the 25th minute.

Alves soon got involved in the attack again. Subotic punched out a dangerous cross from the old ladies but the clearance was not out of danger as the former Barça full back volleyed in from 30 yards.

Massimiliano Allegro’s men will now be looking forward to the Cardiff Final after failing to lift the elite European competition since 1996. Though the Bianconerri have been involved in 4 final since then, their recent being their 3-1 loss to Barcelona in 2015.

Having lost Leornado Bonnuci to suspension after the Italian picked up another yellow card in the Turin game, Allegri will need to be very creative in his line up when his men file out against a possible Real Madrid in the UCL FINAL on the 3rd of June.
