ROMA REJECT LIVERPOOL £28 MILLION BID FOR SALAH; ITALIAN GIANTS DEMAND £40 MILLION FOR TALENTED WINGER

Liverpool’s £28 million bid for Mohamed Salah has reportedly been rejected by AS Roma, according to the reports from Italy.

The offer is just the beginning of the transfer saga and Italian giants are demanding around £40 million for former Chelsea forward.

Egyptian winger has been a revelation in Italy since exit from Chelsea and he has scored 19 goals whilst providing 15 assists from the right wing this campaign for AS Roma.

It is a remarkable return for a player that effectively flopped at Chelsea and now he has been once again linked with a return to Premier League.

The Daily Mail claim Roma have rejected Liverpool’s first offer for the 24-year-old winger, but they are ready to accept £40 million bid .

Egypt international joined Serie A giants permanently from Chelsea last summer after a successful loan spell in Italy.

Chelsea beat the likes of Liverpool to Salah in 2014, but now Reds are close to lure him to Anfield and he could face his former team next season to prove that they made a wrong decision when they sent him back to Italy three years ago.
