Many of us believe that curses do exist. Many of us don’t. Many of us believe that some things are consequences caused by something else we may have done.
Many believe its just coincidence. There are some popular curses which make people actually believe in superstitions. Like Friday the 13th. The day has become so popular for being a bad luck day that many people in many parts of the world believe it’s a cursed day. We do have our fair share of curses in the footballing world
The Benfica European curse (which is yet to be broken) or the “curse of 66” where england won the world cup but that was the last time the old trophy was used and that was the last time england won the world cup or even any major tournament till this year when they won the under 20 world cup are just to name a few of the curses in football.
Speaking of england, I believe they have a new curse on their hands. For the third consecutive time, they have been knocked out of a tournament in a match played on June 27th; the world 2010 world cup round of 16 match against germany, the euro 2016 round of 16 match against Iceland and the under 21 euros match against Germany. Many superstitious people see this as a curse, but we in the rule world just see it as an exposure to how woeful england has been over the years and they need to improve.
