Ajax midfielder Abdelhak Nouri does not seem to have endured harm to his heart when he passed out amid a pre-season match in Austria on Saturday.
Nouri, 20, endured “cardiovascular arrhythmias” – heart rhythmic issues – amid the match with Werder Bremen.
He is in in care yet Ajax said his “heart is working normally”.
An announcement read: “It is however too early to say anything in regards to his general recuperation as his cerebrum capacities can’t be tried legitimately while he is sleeping.”
Nouri, who was flown by helicopter to a healing center in Innsbruck after his , has experienced a progression of tests which the club said demonstrated his heart “gives off an impression of being undamaged”.
On Sunday, the 33-time Dutch champions said the Moroccan was “out of danger”.
Nouri played 15 matches in all competition and for Ajax in 2016-17 season, scoring one goal in a Dutch Cup tie.
