Borrusia Dortmund coach Peter Stoger has hailed two-goal hero Michy Batshuayi after the clubs victory over Eintracht Frankfurt.
The on-loan Chelsea forward came off the bench to hit a brace which was enough to give Dortmund a 3-2 hard earned victory over Frankfurt on Sunday.
Peter Stoger said after the match “Batshuayi? He spent so much in the last few games, so I put him on the bench from start.
“I decided to put pressure on him, and he really took his chances so well. He’s a real pleasure.
He then added “I’ve seen the best Dortmund team in recent weeks.
The win put Dortmund a behind second placed Schalke04 and one point above fourth place Bayer Leverkusen as they sit in third place on thenlog.
Michy Batshuayi’s form can’t come at any better time as the World cup comes in three months time. His form will hopefully catch the eyes of National team coach Roberto Martinez so as to be part of the team to the Mundial in Russia.
