Tottenham defender Danny Rose is reportedly set to complete a move to Premier League club Newcastle United on loan.
Reports say Newcastle have agreed a £2 million fee to take the Spurs left-back on loan for the remainder of the season.
According to reports from the English Press, the Magpies will have the option to buy the England international in the summer and it’s expected that he’s now played his last game for the North London club.
Rose, 29, is set to complete a late move away from Spurs in the January transfer window and he’s been at the club since 2007.
The attack-minded full-back may have slipped down the pecking order under current manager Jose Mourinho, but played a key role in the team built by former boss Mauricio Pochettino and was majorly consistent for several years.
He’s made 214 appearances for the club and is now set for a fresh challenge at St James’ Park.
