RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner is in agreement with Jurgen Klopp over the prospect of linking up with his fellow German at Liverpool in the summer, according to reports.
However, Liverpool face competition from Manchester United and Chelsea, while Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona have also been linked with the 23-year-old.
But according to German sources, the striker believes he would fit in perfectly at Liverpool under Klopp, who he rates as the ideal coach for his talents.
The Reds boss is thought to share that exact same thinking and he’s slated to be highly serious with his interest in the player, who has a £51million (€60m) release clause at the Red Bull Arena.
A German source says the Merseyside club are front of the queue for Werner, despite it being claimed that Manchester United are his favourite English club.
